LOCAL LOOP

“Reliable local loop for fast and stable short-range connecti-vity.”

A local loop is a part of a telecommunications network that connects a customer's home or business with a service provider. Typically, this is a segment of copper or fiber optic cable that runs from the customer's premises to the nearest distribution point managed by the service provider, such as a telephone exchange or data center. Local loop is often referred to as “last mile” because it is the last part of the network that connects the end customer to the service provider's main network.
